By downloading, installing, or using the Q-Drive mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Q-Drive is a mobile application that provides access to Quran recitations for personal, non-commercial use. The App is designed to offer a respectful and distraction-free listening experience, particularly for users while driving.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Redistribute or resell the App or its content
• Extract audio files for distribution outside the App

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 App Ownership

The Q-Drive App, including its design, code, and features, is owned by Q-Drive Team and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Quran Recitations

The Quran recitations provided through the App are the intellectual property of the respective reciters or their estates. These recitations are made available for personal listening only. Any commercial use or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App in a manner that respects the sacred nature of the Quran. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the App in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the App's functionality
• Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Q-Drive Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App.

8. Safe Driving

IMPORTANT: While Q-Drive is designed for use while driving, you are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely. Always comply with traffic laws and use the App only when it is safe to do so. We recommend using voice commands and Android Auto integration to minimize distraction.

9. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Q-Drive Team operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
